Obituary

Neil L. Rendall, 80, of Lansdale, passed away at 3:55 PM on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at the Lansdale Hospital.
Born on April 2, 1939 in Zion, Lake Co., IL, he was the son of the late Erwin C. and Ethel M. (Johnson) Rendall.
On August 24, 1963 in East Salem, PA, he married his surviving wife, Jeanie A. (Brubaker) Rendall with whom he was blessed to share over 56 years of marriage.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by his children, Rebekah (Rendall) Blanda and her husband John of Glenside, Timothy Rendall and his wife Tiffany of Hershey; three grandchildren, Jack Blanda, Luke Blanda, and Eowyn Rendall.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers, Ronald Rendall and Arthur Rendall.
His education included being a 1957 graduate of Zion Benton High School in Zion, IL, where he played baseball and basketball, a 1961 graduate of the University of Illinois, and a 1965 graduate of Eastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He retired as the campus minister for the Inter Varsity Christian Fellowship after 47 years of service.
Neil was a member of the Maple Glen Bible Church and loved all the Chicago sports teams.
Mr. Rendall enjoyed reading and will long be remembered as a people person because he loved talking to everyone.
All services are private. Burial will take place in the East Salem Cemetery in East Salem.
Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Homes, Inc., 111 Westfall St., McAlisterville.
