Scott Frederick Greimann, age 52, of Blue Earth, died Tuesday, Aug. 28, 2007, at his residence. Funeral services were held Saturday, Sept. 1, at 2 p.m. in St. Paul Lutheran Church in Blue Earth with the Reverend John Otte officiating. Burial took place in Riverside Cemetery in Blue Earth. Scott was born Sept. 2, 1954, at Blue Earth, the son of Wesley and Alberta (Golly) Greimann.
He graduated from Blue Earth High School in 1973 and from Detroit Lakes Technical College. Scott practiced carpentry, had a real estate license, sold A.A.L. insurance and farmed until he developed his combine business, Greimann Great Plains and Allied Equipment, in 2006. His hobbies included working, boating, taking pictures, hunting and being adventurous.
Scott Frederick Greimann is survived by his mother, Alberta Greimann of Blue Earth; sisters, Leslie Hollowell of Silver Springs, Md. and Lesa (Mike) Johnson of Worthington; brother, Rahn (Shelly) Greimann of Blue Earth; best friend, Kelly Anderson and her children, Bo, Kali and Brady of Blue Earth; nieces, Brianna (David) Greer, Makenzie (Jason) Small, Ashley Hollowell and Stacy (Tim) Murphy; nephews, Aaron Hollowell and Mathew Johnson; one grand niece; three grand nephews; many special friends in the Netherlands, South Africa and Australia, as well as throughout the United States. He was preceded in death by his father. |
