Clarence was a senior in high school when he passed.
His death was listed as being from "consumption" but his cemetery interment record shows the cause of death as "Pulmonary Tuberculosis". The Spanish Flu had been going around from 1918-1920, so perhaps that had something to do with it. His father died just 8 months before, at age 61.
